3R Group Holdings Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2002.
In September 2002, the Group Company invested to establish Shenzhen 3R Science and Technology Co., Ltd. that was located in Shenzhen Export Processing Zone, Pingshan Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, with the registered capital of HKD 7.1 million and the plant area of nearly 4,000 m2. The Company mainly engages into the production of computers and peripheral equipment, spare parts manufacturing and electronic component test, and provides relevant technical services and maintenance services for these products; as well as the production and operation of small household electrical appliances and electronic components, and repair services for these products.
In October 2003, the Group Comany registered incorporated 3R Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen 3R Import & Export Co., Ltd. in Futian Free Trade Zone, Shenzhen City, China, with the registered capital of USD 400,000 for 3R Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and the registered capital of RMB 3 million for Shenzhen Import & Export Co., Ltd. The Company covers an area of nearly 2,000 m2. The company is mainly engaged in the design, development, testing, production and sale of electronics products, computers and peripherals, electronic components, monitors and related accessories, and provides repair, maintenance and related technical advisory services for these products; the economic information consultation, electronic products technology development, purchase and sale of electronic products, as well as other domestic trade, material supply and marketing industry, office-based industries, import and export business.
Zhuoqun Electronics (Beihai) Co., Ltd., incorporated in April 2005 and located in Export Processing Zone, West Beihai Road, Beihai City, Guangxi, near the beautiful Beibu Gulf, is a wholly foreign-owned company. The total investment in earlier stage was HKD 25 million, covering the existing plant area of nearly 12,000 m2, with nearly 300 employees. Its parent company is the second largest environmental protection company in the United States, having been engaged in renewable resources and environmental protection industry for many years, and accumulated rich experience in environmental protection.
The Company pays attention to the product quality, with a strong technical force, having introduced the most advanced processing and testing equipment, and engaged in the testing, production and sale of liquid crystal display module (LCM), liquid crystal display (LCD) and LCD televisions (LCD-TV).
The Company keeps close cooperative relationship with LCD manufacturers in Japan and Taiwan and other countries and regions, to ensure the features of our company’s products, including advanced technology, leading performance index, multiple functions, high reliability and high stability. In 2006, the Company introduced progressive technology and human resources, and authorized to provide repair services for LCD and optical drives and so on.
In 2014, the Group Company was devoted into the development of new energy, namely, to promote automotive power generation project.
